12-blade neoprene impeller kit for Jabsco raw water pumps as fitted to Volvo Penta TD100 and TD121 series commercial marine diesels, Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel and Scania marine engines. 12-spline drive, 25mm shaft. Supplied with gasket and cap.

At 95mm OD and 88.5mm length this is one of the largest impellers in the range, and it carries two important cross-notes with other 95mm OD impellers that buyers should read before ordering.

Cross-note 1 — SM-2202 (Jabsco 17935-0001): SM-2202 shares the same 95mm OD and 12-spline 25mm shaft but is 63mm in length rather than 88.5mm. The two are not interchangeable. The Jabsco reference to check is 17936-0001 for this part and 17935-0001 for SM-2202 — a single digit difference that is easily missed.

Cross-note 2 — SM-2193 (CEF 152): SM-2193 shares both the 95mm OD and 88.5mm length but uses a double flat drive rather than the 12-spline interface. Again not interchangeable. Confirm your pump model before ordering if in any doubt.

The Volvo Penta application centres on the TD100 and TD121 series — large six-cylinder commercial marine diesels of the type found in commercial fishing vessels, ferries and other working craft. The Scania marine diesel application is worth noting: this is one of the few impellers in the range with a confirmed Scania cross-reference, fitting Scania marine engines via the JPR-SC50IF pump replacement.
