This is a great system for getting the inserts in correctly, simple but effective. The key is getting the lock nut tight. Then, the final step will need a suitable spanner to get at the lock nut to unlock it with another spanner or socket on the bolt head. If space is restriced around where the insert goes, there might be an issue.
