Product Description

8-blade neoprene impeller kit for Jabsco raw water pumps as fitted to Volvo Penta D6, D9 and D11 marine diesel engines, Mercruiser CMD diesel sterndrives and Caterpillar marine auxiliaries. Spline drive, 16mm shaft. Supplied complete with gasket, cap and o-ring.

Note: SM-2190 (Osculati 16.194.57) in this range covers the same pump and engine applications with the same kit contents. The two may be the same product listed under different Osculati catalogue entries. If you are unsure which to order, either part number will serve the same application — confirm against your pump model before purchasing.

At 65mm OD and 76mm length this is a notably deep impeller for its diameter — the 76mm depth is the defining dimensional characteristic and distinguishes it clearly from other 65mm impellers in this range, all of which are substantially shorter. Confirm part number rather than measuring OD alone before ordering.

This is the correct impeller for the full Volvo Penta D6 diesel range and the majority of D9 and D11 installations — engines spanning 280hp through to 575hp and including IPS, DPS and DPH drive configurations. It also fits the Mercruiser CMD diesel sterndrive range (CMD 2.8, 4.2 and 5.7) and Caterpillar marine auxiliaries cross-referencing 3N5895. Annual replacement is strongly recommended across all these applications; the cost of a failed impeller on any of these engines is considerably higher than the cost of the service item.
