Nylon winch handle holder, with a round base and 3 fixing points.

For installing this winch holder there are three 3.7m holes for self-tapping stainless steel screws.

Once installed, simply insert your winch handle, in the same way you would insert it into a winch.  The central part of the holder can rotate within its outer housing (with a decent level of friction) to allow you to end up with the handle hanging vertically (if you are concerned about neatness)
