Scout Flexible AM/FM Marine Antenna – 255cm, Bright White

Product Description

Combining compact size and dependable reception, this flexible AM/FM antenna from Scout is designed to suit all types of boats. At just 255cm long, it delivers strong radio reception while cruising, without the bulk or windage of a longer whip.

The whip is moulded from tough vinyl plastic, giving it excellent flexibility and resilience against knocks and everyday wear. An anti-UV filter prevents the colour from deteriorating in strong sunlight, keeping the antenna looking bright white season after season. For trailering, covering or winter storage, the whip can be removed from its base easily by hand.

The antenna is mounted on a waterproof base fitted with an internal rubber gasket, which prevents leaks and allows quick, straightforward installation. A mounting set is included, and the antenna comes complete with a 4 metre AM/FM cable and jack, ready to connect to most marine and standard radios.

Operating across the 88-108 MHz FM band with a 75 ohm impedance, it is a neat, practical upgrade or replacement for any boat’s radio system.
