An Osculati Oliva single control combined mixer tap what comes with a removable dual-function shower head and flexible hose that is 150cm in length.

This unit can be used as a hot/cold water mixer tap (with single lever operation) or as a compact shower.  On the back of the shower head is a push toggle, which switches either to a single stream of water (for use as a tap) or a shower spray.  

When using as a shower, simply pull out the shower head, which comes with a 1.5m hose.  
The solid sturdy holder (made from chrome-plated brass) comes with the fittings to assemble the unit.
