These clips are useful for keeping pipes in position (for example bilge pump tubing or engine cooling hoses).  They are also great for stowing boat hooks, flag poles, or other boat tools and implements secure in position for when you need them.

These Osculati heavy duty black plastic clips come with 2 pre drilled holes in the base to secure in place. For installation you will require either self-tapping screws or set-screws and nuts, depending on your installation plans.  These clips will fit either 35mm or 40mm tubing.
