6-blade neoprene impeller for Jabsco raw water pumps as fitted to the Yanmar 1GM10 single-cylinder marine diesel and Onan small auxiliary generator applications. Single flat drive, 8mm shaft. Impeller only — no accessories included.

At 31.3mm OD and 12mm length this is the smallest impeller in the range, and size verification before ordering is important. Other small impellers exist with similar appearance at slightly different dimensions or shaft types — confirm the Jabsco or Yanmar part number against your pump rather than relying on visual comparison alone.

The Yanmar 1GM10 is one of the most widely installed small inboard diesels of the last four decades, found in compact sailing yachts, trailer-sailers and day-boats where a lightweight, simple engine is needed. Its single-cylinder configuration makes it immediately distinctive on first sight — as does this impeller, which is notably smaller than anything found in larger inboard applications. Annual replacement is recommended as standard, and it is well worth carrying a spare given the 1GM10's typical role as a yacht's only means of propulsion in harbour and in calms.

A note on the drive type: this impeller uses a single flat drive — one flat milled on an otherwise round 8mm shaft. Ensure the flat on the shaft aligns correctly with the hub during installation.
