Drill & Installation Guide Jig For Our Self-Tapping Stainless Steel Inserts

Product Description

Drill and installation guide jig, designed and manufactured specifically for our stainless steel self-tapping inserts.

Our 316-grade self-tapping inserts are installed by first drilling a suitable hole, and then winding in (self-tapping) the insert into the work-piece.  The quality of the overall result depends on drilling the hole at 90-degrees to the work-piece, and getting the insert threaded in parallel to the hole.

Use our drill and installation guide jig to help you get your inserts installed as well as they can be, giving a professional looking result.

The insert guide main body is sized to suit the main drill size for the insert.  The insert guide is held flat against the work-piece to help you guide your drill in at a 90-degee angle.

Additionally there is an inner adaptor sleeve sized to suit the bolt, which is used to drive the insert into the work-piece.
