An Osculati cylinder lock is a compact cam lock designed for securing lockers, hatches, lids, and cabinet doors on boats and yachts. Its 20mm diameter cylinder threads through the mounting panel and is secured from behind with a hexagonal nut, giving a clean, low-profile finish on the visible face.

The lock is fitted with a hinged, spring-loaded plastic cover that flips down over the keyway, shielding it from spray and moisture when not in use — a practical detail for exposed deck or cockpit fittings as well as below-deck joinery. Turning the supplied key rotates an oval cam tailpiece on the rear of the barrel, which engages against the locker or door frame to hold it shut.

Constructed with a chrome-plated finish over the barrel and fittings, it offers good resistance to the marine environment. It's supplied with 2 keys.
