Black Plastic Tube End Plugs Available In Various Sizes – To Fit Our Stainless Steel Tubing

Product Description

These black plastic tube end plugs have been designed and made to fit 22mm and 25mm tube with a wall thickness of 1.5mm and 30mm with a wall thickness of 2mm.  These tube end plugs are made from PETG, which is a thermoplastic material suited to the 3D printing process used to manufacture them.  This material has been selected for its UV stability and suitability to outdoor conditions.

Designed to fit snuggly into the end of your tube and stay in place.  If extra security is desired feel free to add a dab of super-glue (cyanoacrylate).  
Installation Instructions:
1.    First be sure to remove any burs from the inside of the tube
2.    Check the fit of the end-cap – if it seems a little loose, please apply some
       super-glue before fitment
3.    Push the end-cap carefully into the end of the tube by hand as far as it will go
4.    Use a piece of wood to protect the end of the cap, while tapping it fully in
       with a hammer, being careful to ensure it goes in evenly
