Plastic sail tie balls / to combine with shock-cord / elastic cord to make elasticated sail ties. These plastic spheres come in three different sizes. Each has a thru hole, and a larger diameter pocket in one side to accept / house the knot in the elastic cord.
To make up a custom-length sail tie, select the appropriate size of these plastic spheres and elastic cord, then feed a pair of lengths of the elastic through the hole, tie a knot in the end, and pull the knot into the pocket in the ball.
